Motivation is a Bubble - Habits are Permanent

⭐Motivation એટલે શું? મન માં નક્કી કરેલા કોઈ કાર્ય ને પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે આગળ વધવા માટેનું પીઠબળ એ જ Motivation.   પણ શું દર વખતે એ બળ મળે તો જ આગળ વધી શકાય?  એવું સમીકરણ તો ના જ બનવું જોઈએ;   એવી dependency તો મોંઘી પડે આપડા જીવન માં.    Motivation = Kick. It doesn't stay always. એની અવર-જવર ચાલતી રહે.    આપણી આજુબાજુ ઘણી વાર સાંભળવા મળે :  - “મને motivation મળતું નથી, એટલે હું workout skip કરું છું.”   - “Exam આવે છે, motivation ના મળે તો study કેમ થાય?” - "Room clean કરવો છે પણ નથી motivation  નથી આઈ રહ્યું યાર!" વગેરે વગેરે...     સાચું કહું તો – motivation એ bubble જેવું છે. આવે છે, ફાલે છે અને ફૂટી જાય છે. Toxic Positivity – Pressure of BEING POSITIVE

🤔 WHAT IS TOXIC POSITIVITY?  Positivity અને એ પણ toxic? એવું કઈ રીતે હોઈ શકે? Toxic = ઝેરી  Positivity = સકારાત્મકતા  પણ સકારાત્મકતા એ ઝેરી કઈ રીતે હોઈ શકે? આતો એક વિરોધાભાસ છે હા, તો પણ આપણામાંથી ઘણા બધા લોકો આ જ વિરોધાભાસ ના victim છીએ. ના સમજાયું? સારું ચાલો ઉદાહરણ થી સમજીએ. - "Good vibes only"  - "બધું સારું થઇ જશે" - “ભગવાન જે કરે તે સારા માટે.”  - "Stop overthinking and be happy." - "be positive, negative નઈ વિચારવાનું" વગેરે વગેરે ... Life માં આવતા challenges માં well wishers તરફ થી આવા સહાનુભૂતિપૂર્ણ વાક્યો સાંભળવા મળતા હોય છે જેને આપણે positivity કહીએ છીએ.  તો આમાં toxic જેવું શું છે?  - જો મીઠા શબ્દો ના પ્રભાવ થી real emotions દબાઈ જતા હોય & વ્યક્ત થવાની space ના મળતી હોય તો એ છે Toxic Positivity. - જરૂરી actions વગર " માત્ર" શબ્દો માં આવતું "let's be positive" નું pressure એ જ Toxic Positivity. - કપરી પરિસ્થિતિ માંથી temporary છુટકારો પામવામાટે -  લાંબા સમયના પરિણામ વિચાર્યા વગર - શબ્દો ના ગલગલીયા રૂપે થતી...
